Roadwork Portlaoise Northern Inner Relief Route
The works for this project include the contract administration, supervision and the design of approximately 6 km of new single carriage way consisting of two 2.5 metre wide hard shoulders and two 3.65 wide lanes, kerbing to the road edge, provision of a cycleway and footpaths, public lighting, service ducting, surface and foul drainage, water main and gas mains.
Included in the design where:
- Two new local accesses with underpasses.
- One bridge over the Ridge Road.
- One 21m span bridge over the Dublin to Cork railway line.
- Four roundabouts.
- Two livestock underpasses to severed lands.
- The Triogue river culvert.
