Estuary Office Development, Carrigaline

This is a 3 Storey concrete framed office building with flat slab construction the total floor area is 8000m2 in addition there is external site works and car park facilities. The building was designed as a reinforced concrete structure with floors of flat slab construction on a 7.50m grid, spanning onto concrete columns. The columns are supported on pad foundations.
