This project comprises of 2No. Industrial Buildings of approx. gross floor area of 513m2 and 245m2 consisting of 7 individual units. The buildings have 1m eaves and verge cantilever and can accommodate a future 1st floor office.
The foul sewer network incorporated a pumping station as connection to the existing sewer network was unachievable by gravity flow. OCSC also acted as project Architect and Quantity Surveyor.
