Connemara Golf Club, Galway
This project consists of a two storey extension to provide new changing rooms, golf shop and restaurant with full bar facilities and refurbishment to the existing clubhouse.
As part of the design brief O’Connor Sutton Cronin provided a new state of art wastewater treatment facility with polishing filter constructed from imported material to accommodate the increased loading from the new facility to meet and exceed EPA regulations and conditions.
Due to the close proximity of the course to the locally beautiful Atlantic coastline O’Connor Sutton Cronin successfully applied for a discharge licence to the local authority to allow the construction of the new treatment facility.
