This new hotel is part of the O’Callaghan Hotels group set on the corner of Harcourt Street and Cuffe Street in Dublin 2. The building is 6 storeys over basement utilising reinforced concrete frame load bearing blockwork and precast concrete floors. This project also involved full restoration of 2 No. Georgian buildings which were in a state of dereliction. Facilities include 64 guestrooms and 11 suites.
