OCSC are the consulting engineers involved in this new eleven storey hotel building over a double basement on Great Tower Street.
The design intent is to provide 244 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and conferencing facilities. The two office blocks which currently occupy the site will be demolished and the Baker's Hall will be incorporated into the new development at basement and Ground level. The design intent is to construct an RC framed building with RC flat slabs on CFA piled foundations.
