Baldonnel Business Park - Connect Building

The Connect Building is a steel portal framed warehouse (36m span, 10m to eaves) with four storeys of offices to the front of the building. The office floors are constructed with precast concrete “hollowcore” floor units supported on steel “Slimflor” beams. The building is clad with Tegral horizontal rib cladding.
