O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Civil/Structural designers for the above mentioned project for CMS development Ltd.
The project consisted of a reinforced concrete basement car park with a suspended ground floor warehouse. The first and second floor consisted of offices. Due to difficult ground a mat raft was used. On two sides of the development due to restricted access, a Kingsfort temporary works solution was adapted.
