U-Store it, Euro Business Park, Little Island Cork

This is a large, 4 storey, Storage Warehouse Building comprising of 1,900m² floor plates over 4 storeys.

O’Connor Sutton Cronin acted as Project Manager for this project giving the client a on-stop shop for total services delivery including Architecture, Civil/Structural/Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety administration.

The building was constructed on very difficult ground conditions of which O’Connor Sutton Cronin were responsible for the design of a innovative foundation solution, incorporating Vibro concrete columns.
