George's Court, Dublin 2

This project consists of a 5 storey office development over a single storey basement. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete flat slab typically on reinforced concrete columns. The basement was formed with the use of a secant pile and sheet pile walls.

The building contains a central atrium with feature glazed lifts. The atrium roof is constructed with a glazing system supported on a system of steel trusses.

Five apartments were constructed in lightweight construction on the roof of the building.
