Office Development at George's Quay

George’s Quay complex is located next to Dublin’s Tara Street DART station and includes one of the tallest new buildings in the city centre, the 13 storey tower in the development looks set to be come a sister tower to Liberty Hall.

In terms of the overall George’s Quay development it emerges as an extension of the Financial Services Centre (IFSC) on the south side of the quays.

14,376 sq m (154,742 sq ft) of office space topped with a penthouse Conference room which provides panoramic views over Dublin from its distinctive pyramid shaped roofs.
