A double basement is located over the full footprint of the buildings with the lowest level reserved for car-parking and plant.  The second basement level consists of offices and landscaped courtyards. 

The superstructure consists of 2 No. office blocks of 6 and 7 storeys in height.  Block 1 is c. 20,000m2 and Block 2 is c. 8,500m2 of floor area.  The construction of same is reinforced concrete columns with reinforced concrete flat slabs at floor levels.  7 No. feature “Y” columns, sloped on elevation, form the main Architectural and Structural feature of the building. 

There are steel structures elements for feature elements which include a 7m high glazed roof to the central atrium and floor hangers in both blocks.
