St. Stephen’s Green office development is located in the centre of Dublin City. The main pedestrian entrance is on St. Stephen’s Green with vehicular access from Glover’s Alley to the rear.
The office is 6-storeys over a double basement. The lower basement provides archive storage for the proposed tenant while the upper basement provides 46 car parking spaces. Due to the site confines and tight construction programme a steel frame with Slimdeck floor was the chosen form of construction.
The basements were constructed in reinforced concrete. The main stability cores were constructed in reinforced concrete using jump form techniques in advance of the main structural steel frame for programming reasons.
