The project involved the refurbishment of a listed Victorian building previously used as an Accident and Emergency Department. The scope of the works involved the complete strip out of existing services and new installations to cater for community dental suites, X-Ray room, Clinical sterilisation, administration areas and staff facilities.
Working within strict cost limits and liaising with the Architects, M&E services were designed to be installed within the retained building fabric. Services were designed to comply with HTM requirements and specific HSE requirements involving liaising with the various user groups for the building.
