Wapping Lane (London)

OCSC ware appointed by Ballymore Properties on this mixed use development in Wapping, London.  The development involves the demolition of all buildings which previously occupied the site along with the removal of the historic quay wall down to the underside of the proposed new basement.  The project is currently on site and involves the construction of 400 new residential units, a restaurant, gym and a semi-basement carpark.

The project consists of 5 new apartment blocks which vary from 6 to 20 storeys in height.  The buildings are of RC frame construction with clip on steelwork balconies.  The semi-basement which encompasses the majority of the site houses circa 200 car spaces, cycle parking facilities, an EDF substation and MEP plantrooms.
