This project involved construction of 1 No. single storey bungalow, 1 No. two storey detached house and 14 No. two storey semi-detached houses situated in Garvaghy Crescent in Portglenone.

These are used to form the ground floor level. Load bearing masonry walls are used to support either first floor level timber joists or timber truss roof spanning between the perimeter cavity walls. Internal non-load bearing walls are supported on the precast slabs. The houses are designed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
