Royal Horseguards, Thistle Hotel, Whitehall

The Royal Horseguards hotel is a grade 1 listed building dating from 1884 and is being fully refurbished. OCSC have been appointed as consulting engineers to carry out inspections on the existing building structure and to provide remedial work solutions where strengthening works to the existing structure are required.

OCSC have worked with the main contractor and the Architect to satisfy the requirements of Crown Estates.
