O’Connor Sutton Cronin have been appointed Structural and Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineers for the Perry Street development in Crayford, near Dartford South London.
The site will include a new build 3 floor scheme comprising 114 residential units. Car park basement is included in some blocks. The structure is a load bearing masonary structure with precast floors over an insitu concrete podium over basement car parks.
Sustainable Initiatives for this development include;
- Employing Code for Sustainable Homes across all residential units.
- 20% reduction in CO2 emission is envisaged, achieved via on-site renewable technology, by use of roof mounted photovoltaic panels.
