This project continues are relationship with Patton Homes who are a major developer based in Ballymena. The development comprises high quality apartments finished to a high specification in a sought after location in Belfast.

The structure consisted of piles supporting ground beams supporting masonry blockwork. The floors are generally precast hollowcore and the roof is made up with steel beams and cut timbers.
