Development at Phoenix Park Racecourse
This development is one of the most modern developments in Dublin city today. With best practice planning put into action the development has been progressed on the basis of producing a new urban village on the edge of the city.
The development consists of 2000 new apartments, 300 new houses, an 18 acre park and a new town centre. The houses are both terrace and duplex. The apartment blocks are four storey blocks over a basement car park.
The development is served to the east by a new train station and a grade separated interchange onto the N3. A bus strategy has been discussed with Dublin bus and will see the development being served by a new bus route traversing it.
