Central Bank of Ireland Office Inauguration
The Central Bank’s new Dockland Campus was inaugurated by Michael Noonan TD, Minister for Finance on 24 April 2017.
Michael Noonan TD was highly complementary of North Wall Quay’s green credentials. It is one of the first office building in Ireland to achieve the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) “Outstanding” rating at design stage and a building energy rating (BER) of A2. The project has been shortlisted for a number of awards, including the Green Awards 2017 and Sustainable Energy Awards 2016.
OCSC provided M&E and Sustainability services on the project.
