2022 GAGA Duplex Award Winner – Sky Lounge, Douglass Tower, Goodluck Hope
OCSC are delighted to announce that the 2022 Galvaniser’s Association Duplex Award was awarded to Ballymore and GK Engineering & Design Ltd for the steel structure frame that forms the Sky Lounge constructed at the top of the 30 storey Douglass Tower in Goodluck Hope located in Canning Town.

Douglass Tower was part of an exciting new development located on the historic Leamouth Peninsula, which is part of the once busy London Docklands. The setting provided a perfect location for a new riverside community, providing incredible views along the River Thames. Construction comprised 804 new homes and 2,000sqm of commercial space, along with a swimming pool, development cinema, gym, and a health spa.
