O’Connor Sutton Cronin are glad to let you know that the apartment development at 6 Hanover Quay achieved BCAR certification Completion. We have been working on the project for over 3 years as M&E and Sustainability consultants, so this has been a great achievement for all directly involved and for the company.

Cairn Homes’ Managing Director, Jude Byrne said “Congrats and thank you all for your hard work on this challenging project over the past couple of years. It’s a fantastic building and a great achievement for everyone involved in the project. It was a proud moment for Cairn Homes unveiling the building this week.”

The building has a unique design that holds its own against the many other iconic buildings around the Grand Canal Quays. It consists of 121 high end apartments and commercial retail units. The M&E services were to a high specification and were required to achieve a high level of fire safety and security, and the apartments achieved A2 and A3 BER ratings.
