OCSC are delighted to announce that Royal Wharf has won the best project outside of NI in this year’s ISTRUCTE NI awards.

Royal Wharf is a 40 acre site in East London and is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK. Upon completion, we have helped deliver over 3,300 residential units, 11,000m2 of commercial space, landscaped parks, a gym and swimming pool as well as over 160m of new sheet piled river wall.
