OCSC is delighted to be involved in the Barrow Blueway in the role of Ecological Clerk of Works. Blueways are recreational outdoor activity trails centered on the waterways of Ireland. This project started back in July 2020 and will result in a multi-use shared leisure route in County Kildare.

The Blueway stretches a distance of 46km and will follow the route of the River Barrow, travelling through the idyllic countryside. It passes through multiple towns allowing easy access for people to immerse themselves in nature and wildlife.
