O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers for Hanover Quay. Hanover Quay is a high-end waterfront residential development comprising 120 no. apartments, concierge, residents gym, restaurant, café, rooftop gardens and basement car park. The development is located at Hanover Quay, Dublin 2.
- Combination of combined heat and power (CHP) and PV panels
- District heating network consisting of a central energy centre located at basement level
- Optimise indoor air quality
- Residential sprinkler system, natural smoke extract systems and energy efficient light fittings and lighting controls
