O’Connor Sutton Cronin was appointed Civil and Structural Engineers for the Administration Building which is a three-story office block at the existing Boston Scientific site on Model Farm Road, Cork.

  • The building consists of offices, meeting rooms, a canteen, and support areas. The site of the proposed building is located directly to the west of the existing Entrance Building to the Boston Scientific plant.
  • There is a number of major services crossing the site of the building including foul sewers, storm drains, storm attenuation, process sewers, water mains, gas mains, and electrical and communication ducting.
  • The building has been designed to achieve Gold LEED Certification, based on carbon, energy, water, waste, transportation, materials, health, and indoor environmental quality.
