O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Civil and Structural Engineers for the refurbishment and extension to the 4-start luxurious Galgorm Resort and Spa located on 163 acres of lush parkland in Co Antrim, Northern Ireland.

  • Extensive alterations and extensions to the existing Hotel
  • Brand new function and conference suite
  • 50 bedroom extension with leisure facility including swimming pool
  • Construction of an outdoor  hot tub/swimming pool and new external Thermal Village
  • Replacement of existing foul pumping station, new laundry/CHP building, the Palm House, two new wedding venues and banqueting facilities

During all of the above works the hotel remained fully operational with staff and customer safety of paramount importance
