O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed by Berkeley First on the design of the 707 bed Halls of Residence for Imperial College at 1 Victoria Road, Acton. The site was originally occupied by a part two-storey, part three – storey concrete frame building constructed in the 1980s and used by NEC Europe Ltd.

- Combined Heat / Power unit provide low carbon energy to the entire site
- Energy efficient lighting both internally and externally
- Low water consumption sanitary fittings used to reduce water usage
