O’Connor Sutton Cronin was appointed by Berkeley Homes as the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical consultants on the Regeneration of Kidbrooke Village.  The overall master plan involves the demolition of the existing residential tower blocks in Kidbrooke Village and the construction of 4,800 residential units on the existing 48.2-hectare Ferrier Estate.

  • OCSC completed the Phase 2A scheme which consisted of 68 houses and 48 apartments and the Temporary Village Centre which consisted of a Primary Care Unit, several retail shops, a café, and a marketing showroom.
  • OCSC engaged with Berkeley Homes on Phases 2, 3, and 4.
  • In Phase 2 OCSC was involved in the construction of 1100 unit scheme.
  • For Phase 4, OCSC have been involved with Berkeley Homes during the planning process and helped obtain detailed planning permission for the 1200 unit scheme and we have been recently appointed for Phase 3 which includes 350 residential units and 3800m2 of retail space.
