O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as Civil, Structural, MEP and Sustainability Consulting Engineers for Barratt London’s Lombard Road Development.

  • 28 storey mixed use development over basement
  • The curved architecture and twisted balconies creates a dynamic form
  • Extension of the Thames Path along the river
  • RC frame with PC columns and fair faced white precast concrete balconies
  • Delivered in REVIT and we have used our REVIT model to generate both the infinite element structural model and the IES (Integrated Environmental Solutions) dynamic environmental model  
  • Reduced the cladding zone by 25%
  • Reduced the size of the energy centre by 50%
  • OCSC were appointed to manage all of the Network Rail BAPA agreements along with all necessary third party agreements with Highways, the EA, the Port of London Authority and all of the STATS companies
