O’Connor Sutton Cronin’s consultancy services were required by Berkeley Homes East Thames for the Marine Wharf Residential project in East London’s dockside.
- The 2.8-hectare site will comprise over 500 Residential units & 40,000 sqft of Commercial and Leisure space as well as 1,800msq of landscaped courtyards and parking facilities.
- 24-hour Concierge service, Tesco Express on site, and the Linear Park on Grand Canal Avenue
- OCSC had been appointed as Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Consultants for this project
