O’Connor Sutton Cronin was appointed to carry out the full MEP detailed design for the CAT B fit-out for Highways England of the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors within the existing office Development within Birmingham.

  • The Cube building is an existing development located within the main business zone in Birmingham City Centre.
  • The project was for the cat B fit out of an existing floor plan. The client was looking at a re-stack exercise for
each of the floor plates, to achieve an increased desking provision over the 3-floor levels of 500/600 desk
    positions.

OCSC was appointed to carry out the full MEP detailed design for the CAT B fit-out for Highways England. The CAT B fit-out incorporated open plan arrangement on all floors with desiccated print pod areas, meeting room spaces and staff amenities.
