OCSC have availability for a Graduate / Junior Sustainability Engineer in its Dublin office. The role will be office based.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 0 – 1+yrs’ experience with some understanding of BREEAM, LEED, WELL and HPI.
- Relevant Honor’s Degree.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Interested in working towards Chartered status.
- Some knowledge in undertaking Domestic and Non-domestic Building Energy Ratings (BERs).
- Desire to work alongside all engineering disciplines (Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Sustainability/ Environmental/ etc.) through to project completion.
