We are delighted to share the site progress of Sugarloaf Care Centre, located just off the N11 in Kilmacanogue. This 119-bed nursing home is set over 3 levels and features an external lower ground-floor courtyard.

Challenging site levels have been realigned using reinforced earth embankments and gravity retaining walls which allow the site use to be maximised while blending in with the original topography of the site. Construction works are advancing well with the roof installed on the 2-storey element and lower ground floor blockwork ongoing. OCSC is providing Civil and Structural Consultancy services on this Design and Build project with Monami Construction.
