OCSC are delighted to be part of the team(Axis Health Care/Quinn Architects/Conlon Engineering/ECP/Conack), in the recently opened 5000sqm, 3-storey Primary Care Centre located in Quarry Park, Enniscorthy. The facility accommodates the HSE, TUSLA the child and family agency, a GP / Medical Centre, and a Pharmacy.

This purpose-built, state of the art Near Zero Energy Centre has more than 150 free car spaces, electrical vehicle charging stations and dedicated age-friendly spaces.

OCSC were responsible for the Structural and Civil Engineering design, working closely with the design team and client in the development of the Client Brief undertaking extensive consultations with both the G.P.s and the HSE as well as engagement with Statutory agencies to ensure successful implementation of the works.
