O’Connor Sutton Cronin was appointed Civil and Structural Consulting Engineers for Barratt London’s Blackhorse view development in Walthamstow.
- Mixed-use development
- Six blocks ranging from 9-21 stories in height
- 350 residential units
- Minimise the number of transfer elements required
- Blacktops were provided within the car parking and storage areas therefore this provided a significant saving for the client
