OCSC is proud to announce the completion of ‘Seafield Strand’ at Santa Sabina, Greenfield Road, Sutton, Dublin 13. This Development features
- 155 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments
- Four blocks of three-to-five storeys over a basement level
- A 2.46ha site in Sutton.
One of the striking features of this development is that it was built on a brownfield site, which was previously used for industrial purposes. The site posed a significant challenge to the development team as it contained a former car factory, storage buildings, and other industrial structures. However, the project’s design and construction overcame these challenges, and the development is a testament to the power of regeneration and sustainable development.
The project was led by OCSC, who provided Mechanical/Electrical and Sustainability Design Services, on this amazing project.
